We’re honored to return for our 5th year headlining the Hardtimes Bluegrass Festival, a truly special gathering tucked into the hills of Montana’s beautiful Bitterroot Valley.
Born from a simple dream—to bring friends together for an old-time bluegrass festival with a single stage, one microphone, and music shared under the open sky—Hardtimes has become something rare and unforgettable. Set on a working ranch (recognizable as a filming location from Yellowstone), the festival captures the spirit of bluegrass at its roots: community, connection, and music played face to face.
Campers circle the stage, tunes carry through the hills, and the lines between performers and audience disappear. It’s the kind of place where late-night picking sessions turn into lifelong memories.
This year marks the final Hardtimes Festival, making it all the more meaningful to gather one last time in this incredible setting. We’re deeply grateful to be part of it and to the folks who made it all possible—especially Mike & Tari Conroy, the creators of the event and the Heiland family for sharing their land, and the many hands who’ve kept this dream alive over the years.
Join us for a weekend of real bluegrass, Montana skies, and one last chapter of something truly special.
